Very professional, zero pressure.

John’s expertise was obvious, but he applied absolutely zero sales pressure. He made the models and color I wanted available, and let me make the decision. I’m confident John is a very able salesman, but that’s the last thing I wanted. My appointment time was honored, and John made the experience as simple as possible.

Great!

Christian sold me two cars and they were both super easy!! Excellent service. I would highly recommend calling Christian. He had everything ready for me before I got there

New Vehicle Purchase

Christian was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We looked at and test drive three different vehicles and he never waivered. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and were happy with. Christian continuously smiled and served us with professionalism and the utmost courtesy. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Autos of Dallas and both experiences have been top notch. I will always consider them first when purchasing a vehicle.

amazing

Sales focused, period

I almost gave one star but I do love the car I bought. Bought a 2016 BMW X3 in May. Salesperson never told me that there was only ONE key fob for the vehicle til the papers were signed. Might been nice to tell me as there were other X3's on the lot and fobs are $300+. Car came without a rear license plate mounting bracket, hidden by the paper temp tag. Didn't find out til my tags came and I couldn't put them on. Asked for an owner's manual, was told they would order me one. Called the manager today and found it wasn't ordered. Love the car, but I won't buy there again. Too focused on selling, not enough focus on making sure the customer gets all the information needed and is taken care of.

Not a great experience....

Great customer service, price and value of the car is reliable. Aurora sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Cristian when you go there.

Sold away my car after agreed to terms and financing approve

Found a car for my son. John Hernandez was helpful. We drove it and my son liked it. I agreed to pay asking price and they were going to have a new windshield ordered, replace the front left light and another minor item. It was going to be ready next day. I filled out finance docs, waiting 45 minutes, was approved and spoke with Will, the finance guy. He gave me my approved terms and the bank, and we agreed to sign it up next day when repairs were made and I took delivery. John called next day (Wednesday) and said windshield was not right and they ordered a new one, it would be ready Friday. Friday comes and I call about status and they tell me it was sold on Wednesday (the same day that John called and told me it would be ready on Friday). This is beyond John breaking our deal. This is about an entire dealership that screwed over a 16 year old kid who was more than thrilled to be getting this car. This is about not doing the right thing. And now, like the cowards they are, they will not call me back and explain how this could happen. Too many dealerships in town to do business with a shady group like this.

Great experience

Christian, my sales guy, was fantastic. Found me the exact car I was looking for and helped me with to expedite the financing process.Very thorough and understanding and not pushy st all. I'm so thoroughly impressed and I love my car. Best customer service experience so far!!!
