Excellent customer service and satisfaction

I would like to thank Richard for his professional approach for my car and he did the extraordinary customer services and answers all my questions I ever asked. He resolved all the issue in very timely manner and gave best customer experience I ever had. I would refer all my friends and family members to Autos of Dallas and ask for Richard.

Patience is a Virtue

After researching for many hours the Hubby and I decided to make a trip from Baton Rouge. A solid week of the back and forth “what do I want” scenarios and I finally made up my mind, It was a Jaguar or Lexus (so I thought!) Cristian had been in contact with me prior to the trip and being our first time buying a car out of state he put my anxiety at ease! The day finally arrived and we were greeted by Cristian at the door and slowly began the shopping experience. After all the hard mental work I just wasn’t feeling these cars and expressed my concerns with Cristian. Wanting this experience to be exciting for me he returned with the keys to a Mercedes C300 and said “I think you will like this” wasn’t even on my radar but ok... OMG I was I Love!! The Wow factor I waited for had arrived!!! This was it!!! Did I sign the papers and drive off?? Not exactly Lol, The large inventory turned out to be my downfall and my brain was swarming!! At one point Cristian had about 10 keys on his desk along with papers describing each car!! I was frustrated with myself and thought “He has got to be over me”! Nope he wasn’t his words exactly “ Amie you are not buying a gallon of milk, You are spending thousands of dollars take ur time!!! So I took his advice and 7 hours later I made my mind up!! Lol Poor Guy I so appreciate his laid back personality and patience with me and it was totally worth the 7 hour drive there 7 hours in the dealership and 7 hours drive back!! Beyond Thrilled with my New Car and Grateful to Cristian!

Great Selection. Poor Customer Service

This dealership has some great cars, but i did not have a good experience working with their team. Fairly slow to respond to emails or texts and it wasn't the same person. When I called and put an extremely fair offer in on a car that had been on their lot over 4 months they informed me they do not negotiate. I asked them to let me know if the price moved. A few days later the price dropped below what I offered. Never received any correspondence. 3 more weeks have passed and the car is still unsold. I ended up going with another dealership that had awesome customer service

I am speechless by the service I received from Mr. Justin Wang. The process couldn't have gone any better. I will definitely be coming back.

Very Disappointed

At first I was happy with how things were going with the service even though I had to wait a week to get my car after I signed the paperwork because some repairs had to be done before I would take the car. Because of that I felt they were great. I have had the car 3 months and within 2 weeks of having the car I had to replace the bearings, brakes, and two tires. Now that I have had the car three months the transmission is having problems. If you buy a car from here you need to take it to your own mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out before you sign on the dotted line. Leo made sure to remind me how much it cost the company in order to have it "ready" for me. Well, apparently it didn't cost enough since I have had to put more into it. I regret buying this car and will never go back. If it wouldn't lower my credit I would give this car back.

Ask for Chris Miller

Matthew 7:7 7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. This is my favorite scriptures, and I can say that this scripture best fits my experience at Autos of Dallas, and Chris Miller my car salesman and Alex the man who locked down my deal… I didn’t expect anything less, since I am a repeating customer at Autos of Dallas. When I went to the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted. I was greeted at the door with a smile from Mr. Chris Miller. I am a claims adjuster so I know a thing or two about cars. So when Chris and I went over the cars options and details, I was very impressed that he knew his stuff. After I was finished with my deal, I walked away with a HUGE smile on my face. I went home and showed the kids the new car, and they were so happy to play with the buttons and take a family joy ride. Thank you Chris and Alex for being a heaven sent. ***** Look forward to working with you again, Remember all white Range Rover, with black interior and Black rims with a black trim LOL **********

Wow! From the beginning to end was unbelievable!

From the beginning to the end I was astonished how quickly we were attended beginning with a person recommended to enter to the office. The receptionist promptly spoke with a salesman and in less than 5 minutes he recommended to test drive a similar car. He also heard our request and help to find 3 more car. We Were amused how fast and quickly Mr. Ford completed all the process. I never expected to buy a car so fast, be attended, questions answered promptly and polite the way he did. Congratulations all your personal, but in special Richard are the best. I fell in love with your car dealership. Kudos to Mr. Ford

Just bought a Lexus with Cristian

Very smooth process! I had my eyes on this Lexus online. Cristian, the salesman, had it outside and the keys ready for me to testdrive as he communicated with me very well over text before I arrived. He answered my questions honestly and was extremely helpful and nice! I fell in love with the car and he talked to the financial department to help me get the financing aspect figured out. William on the financial end was amazing too- I got a great interest rate. And everything was very straight forward. I was unable to take the car right away due to being in process of moving, so they happily are keeping it for a few days and told me I can pick it up whenever and that they will have it all clean and ready for me. Highly recommend Cristian if you’re looking to buy your next car!!
