Fantastic Experience!

Best selection of quality cars in a single location. Bob Tauber was exceptional to work with - extremely personable not pressuring me to make a decision, rather showed me a test-drive route and I was off to the races at my own pace! Each time I returned, Bob had another vehicle ready and waiting. Bob had other customers over the course of the afternoon yet he made me feel as if I was the only one in the showroom. The process was smooth, no-haggle and I received a fair price for my trade-in. Highly recommend!

Good dealer

We were there all day from 12-6pm, only because we chose to test drive 3 cars so it was our fault we were there all day. Bob Tauber was SO patient with us, super friendly and got us the right car! I felt bad having him going back and forth bringing us different cars to test drive but he was very very helpful and very friendly never hesitated when we asked for a different car, even though it was freezing cold! I wasn’t very sure about this dealership but I wouldn’t think twice about going back cuz I would!. Financing was super easy as well! Every one knew exactly what they were doing. Huge thank you to Autos of Dallas and of course to Bob for my new to me Ford Explorer!

"Trust in Bob"

I was looking for a specific Lexus RC 350 F sport in the Oklahoma / Dallas area, and came across the website Autos of Dallas. I looked at the sales person reviews and elected to work with Bob Tauber. Bob was great to work with, he was very patient with me as I went back and forth on trying to find a specific color of car I wanted, not to mention the right price. This was a large purchase for me, and the fact that I do not make regular trips to Dallas, was even more concerning, however the whole process went very smoothly, and I will be recommending to my family and friends for anyone purchasing a luxury car to work with Bob at Autos of Dallas.

Dishonest Manager

I bought a Jeep Compass and the Title was sent to the wrong location a bank that I have never banked with. The title was lost. David the manager at Autos Of Dallas stated to me on August 23, 2018, they would have to request another title from the Auction where the Jeep was purchased from stated it would be $200 but would not charge me Autos of Dallas would pay for because Title was sent to wrong location. October 26, 2018, 2 months later I still need Title and David stated he never told me that he would pay. David stated I had to pay now. The Hassle and headache I had had to go through because they mailed Title to wrong location and than make me pay for it after David apologized and stated they would pay for it. Little Rock AFB active duty members and veterans have been customers but I am letting everyone know not to deal with Autos of Dallas at all. Poor Customer Service and does not keep their Word.

Dealer response

This customer is misrepresenting the facts in her statement! When I initially told her we would pay for a duplicate title, I said implicitly "only if we sent it to the wrong address"! After checking, I called her numerous times and informed the customer that we sent the title to the parent bank of the branch where she banked with. This direction was given to us from HER and is apparently SOP for sending titles. After weeks of back and forth phone calls, this parent bank told her they never received the title so we tracked it and showed proof of delivery to that bank and I told her it wasn't our fault that the bank lost the title and that they should be responsible for the lost title fee. And looking through her file, every document with the lean holder's name and address had this "parent company's" info which she signed - every one! She is the one who gave that information to our finance dept. We couldn't / wouldn't just make up and address to send it to.

Thank You!

John Hernandez - Thank You! I must admit I was VERY apprehensive about buying a car (online) & (out of state) - But I wanted this car SO bad!! I read some of the reviews and I thought I should back out ASAP being that I was buying this car out of state. The first car (QX30) I was interested in was sold - and of course - like anyone else - I was a bit upset!! and that's putting it nicely- But John came through with another QX30 - and I'm happy with it. Glad I went with my own intuition and purchased my baby!!! Thank You John.

Dealer response

This customer is flat out dishonest in her statement. Yes we did say that we would pay for the replacement title IF we were responsible for the loss but after some simple checking we found out the SHE (Angela) gave us the bank info where she had acquired her loan. We sent it [title] to the address provided by her bank which was the parent company of the bank the loan was taken through. This is required by her bank! That parent bank had told her that they never received the title but we tracked it and showed proof that it was delivered and signed for by a company employee. At that point we told Angela that we were not responsible for the lost title and explained to her that we sent it to the exact address her satellite bank requested. Angela lied when she said "David stated he never told me that he would pay". She's obviously exaggerating to help her case as well as abusing her veteran status to make libelous statements about Autos of Dallas. Pretty pathetic and again, she's the one being dishonest!

My guy Bob

I went to shop for a new car and was welcomed by Bob when I entered the door. In the many car buying experiences I've had I must say Bob was by far the best salesman I've encountered. If you need a place to shop with a nice, friendly and hassle free person I recommend you go see him. #quick#painless#professional

Best Car Shopping Experience

I can honestly say this was a great experience. Not only did I walk out of the dealership with the exact car I wanted, I left knowing I got a great deal. Abel was beyond helpful from constantly answering my questions, keeping in contact, and working with us. Everyone we dealt with during our visit here was great and very well informed. Thanks to Autos of Dallas I left with an amazing 2018 Audi! Thanks Abel!!!
