Best Salesperson ever

I came Thursday to purchase my first luxury car and I dealt with Richard. He was so patient with getting me exactly what I wanted. He was so honest with me with whatever I chose. Keep in mind that I came a couple of months ago and Richard told me that he don’t think I was ready yet to purchase so he wouldn’t do that to me by running my credit and politely told me to come back and a couple of months and try and I called and told him I am ready. I love my car. Thanks Richard for the best customer service I ever had dealing with a car..

Great experience

Was fantastic through the whole process. He worked with me for several weeks until I found the perfect car for me. Even brought in an expert who knew the car well. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend Bob to anyone.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend it!

Bob Tauber at Autos of Dallas was fantastic to work with. He clearly laid out the way the dealership and transaction would work without applying any pressure to sell me a car. He followed up on his commitments and was completely up front in all dealings with me. He streamlined the entire buying process from beginning to end. I highly recommend working with Bob Tauber in particular and Autos of Dallas in general.

Horrible Customer Service

I bought a BMW X6 on Saturday the 27th of October, 2018. The paint had chips from gravel etc and a few small dents and they said they would fix those for me an have it ready in about 6 hours. Later that day they said it wouldn't be until Wednesday of the following week for it to be ready in the AM. I drove 45 minutes through a rainstorm to be there at 9:00am and was then told it would be Friday. No one bothered to tell me this until i got there, after taking of work for the day to pick up my car. the salesman, Blake, also lied about getting my garage opener from my old car. when i got there he was off work and was contacted by another salesman Blake said he would have to go track down my trade at the auction in order to get my remote which he said he got out of the car days earlier. It is now Friday, November 2nd and I have no idea where my car is. I have left voicemails and emails with four different people there and no one will return my messages. I old Blake i was buying another car for my girlfriend in 3 more weeks and he still has left me hanging. This has been the worst customer service i have ever seen. Once you buy a car from these people they are done with you so buyer beware.

Dishonesty/negligence from service dept, sales etc

Out of state buyer here, unable to personally inspect vehicle prior to purchase. Vehicle was delivered to my state a week after purchase and had significant damages that affect the market value, function, and safety of the vehicle. Major body damage that was not shown in pictures, broken latch handles that prevent access to parts of the car, things of that nature that do not fall under normal wear and tear for a used vehicle. I immediately took pictures and forwarded them to the salesman with a message outlining my expectations (cover the cost of repairs, or buy the car back... quite reasonable). I received a phone call the following day from the general manager, who outright refused to pay for repairs citing that it would negatively impact his profit margin. GM offered to take the car back within 7 days/200 miles, but refused to pay for transportation costs (est. $700 to ship car back). Now as a result of trusting the friendly salesman, I am forced to either eat the ~$700 transportation cost or pay a few grand to an attorney.

Dishonest, will take advantage of you

Dishonest! Take your money elsewhere! If you aren't knowledgeable about cars or if you can't see the vehicle before hand like me (out of state), these people are the type that will try to take advantage of you. I purchased a BMW from Autos of Dallas a few weeks ago. The salesman I worked with was very friendly and made the deal very straightforward. HOWEVER, when I received the car I immediately noticed significant damages that were not disclosed prior to the sale. Broken headlight, broken trunk latch, etc... things that significantly effect the safety, function, and market value of the car. I got an invoice from a repair shop in my area and it's going to be thousands of dollars in repairs. If I wanted a vehicle with problems I wouldn't have been shopping at a dealership. I immediately sent pics to the sales guy who said that he didn't see any of this during the inspection. I then spoke with the General Manager, Mike Bashara, shortly afterward. The GM was very unfriendly and rude, and pretty much told me to go pound sand. He said that they weren't going to repair anything because doing so would hurt his bottom line. He did that I could return the car, but I'd be on the hook for shipping costs... so as a result of trusting the salesman and this company with my business, I'd be out a car and ~$700 in transportation costs. I then went online and posted a review of my obviously poor experience. After posting the negative reviews I was contacted by David Mullins, the Sales Manager, who was interested in finding a solution so that I'd take the reviews down (the takeaway here is that this company doesn't care about the fact that there was a problem, only about getting negative reviews removed). He offered to cover the cost of repairs, which would have been great IF they actually offered enough to cover the costs. I tried to work with them, saying I'd overlook things like the big gouges in the wheel if they'll repair the other stuff. Even then, they still weren't willing to pay enough to fix the major safety issues (like the broken parking brake switch that could leave me stuck at any moment with no way to release the brake). And on top of all of that, they were only willing to do anything in exchange for me taking the reviews down and hiding my experiences from other consumers. Now I am forced to put up money for an attorney and pursue legal action if I want to be made right from this. Apparently the management at Autos of Dallas is too short-sighted to see that having reviews such as this up for people to see will cost far more in the long run than simply paying for repairs that should have been taken care of from the beginning. Save yourself the time and headache, and go to any of the hundreds of other dealerships in the Dallas area that respect their customers and will give you an honest sale.

Great Experience!

My wife and I we’re very satisfied with the dealership and the employee(s) we worked with; we purchased a 2016 Land Rover at a very good price and the wife was very happy! Our dealer was Emmanuel who was very honest and forthright and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this dealership and Emmanuel to anyone we know looking for a vehicle at a good price, good employee(s) and feeling great about their purchase at the end we they drive away!
