He asked all the right questions and found exactly what I was looking for with low miles and better than reasonable pricing. Will recommend this dealership and Richard to all my friends and family.

Since I live in El paso, Tx Getting my car from Plano, TX was very fast it took pnly a couple of days. I absolutely recommend this dealer and the service they provide.

I only spoke with John over the phone and explained to him my current situation about purchasing a vehicle. The way John spoke to me was extremely disrespectful and very disappointing. John has horrible customer service and he shouldn’t be allowed to sale cars.

Purhcased a 2016 Lexus from these guys using the Fair app. They delivered the vehicle with damaged tires and brakes with the promise to fix them as soon as they could get the parts. Almost two months later I'm still waiting. They constantly give bogus excuses for not doing what they promised to do. I worked with Abraham. Horrible dealership!

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes from autos of Dallas a few months ago. I noticed when I purchased a vehicle that the car did not have a spare tire. And my salesman, Bob Tauber, informed me that this vehicle did not need a spare tire because it had run-flat tires. Couple of weeks ago I went to get my alignment checked and was informed that two of my tires were not run Flats. I contacted Bob and he immediately took action. He found me to run-flat tires that fit my car and had them shipped to my house within a week. Thank you Bob!
