The service group has always been terrific.

The service group has always been terrific. Even when things go wrong they are still working very hard to make things correct and bring them into the middle ground. Nothing is perfect and it takes both parties to work effectively. I appreciate Jordan's effects and he is awesome to work with.

Ripped off

Never been so rushed through a vehicle purchase and taken advantage of so bad in my life. It was my mistake in the end. They knew what they were doing. I will never shop there again. Dustin B is a true classic swindler.

Appreciated Jake's humble approach to vehicle sale

I ended up buying not one but two vehicles from Jake within a months time because he understood what my family's needs were. If Jake didn't know the answer he was willing to find out.

Great reason for choosing Harr’s-customer service

We were helped by Jake. It was a wonderful experience! We bought both a Ridgeline Honda and a Honda CRV Touring model. Originally, I had my heart set on the 2020 Honda CRV but was disappointed that my choice was not possible—- BUT Jake made it right by presenting us with the Touring CRV option. I absolutely love it. Jake really listened to our needs and worked hard for us to be able to purchase both vehicles! Thank you Jake!!
