Great group of guys at Lima Auto Mall! We had the pleasure of working with Charles, and he was fantastic! We drove several hours to get to the dealership, and he made sure they had the car parked out front and ready for us to view. Charles treated us like family, and I highly recommend you ask for him by name next time you are at the dealership.

went in to initially buy one car, and we ended up buying two! as stressful as it could’ve been for any employee, Hayden was barely a month into working here & had new car deliveries in the process and he still did a fantastic job trying to manage everything in his busy day! keep up the good work Hayden!! also, they all work so well as a team when Hayden was multitasking, Dan & others stepped in to help with no questions asked! thanks again to the whole team !!

Dan was great start to finish! We drove an hour to see this truck, he had it pulled up and ready to go. There were no gimmicks or excuses, everything was as advertised on the vehicle! So glad we made the drive.
