Great customer service

Great customer service very friendly fast service when they got my car done I didn’t have a ride they sent a driver to pick me up. I would highly recommend them to service your car.

Light bulb change & oil change

As usual, they were thorough in their review and explanation of what was needed and the time involved . The bumper needed moved back in order to get to the light bulbs

Replacement wheel center cap

After a recent oil change, we noticed our whee center cap was missing. Stopped by service department. They ordered a new one, came in 2 days and they installed it Great follow up to a problem discovered after service.

Buying the wife a car

I called the salesman (Steve Morrison) on my way to an appointment and explained that I was interested in getting a car for my wife that was on the lot and had asked if he would be available in an hour or so. Upon my arrival to the Dealership I was greeted by name as soon as I walked thru the door. Steve had the vehicle ready for a test drive and answered all of my questions about the car that I was interested in. I explained that I wanted it for my wife and that we would be back in around 6pm to finalize the deal. Steve not only went out of his way to make the deal happen, he spent a great deal of time showing my wife the car's functions and to familiarize her with all the bells and gadgets. She is in love with her new car and Steve is responsible for that smile and I can not thank him enough for going out of his way to make this happen. Great team of people at The Lima Auto Mall..

Excellent service

My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall

Our experience at The Lima Auto Mall was GREAT!!!!!!

For not working there too long Destiny Askins was very thorough in explaining everything about our new Equinox, and helped my understanding of all of the instruments. My wife and I were very pleased with Destiny and Ryan Swaney. You all have a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year, I am sure we will with our new used car. Great experience

We were looking specifically for a Buick Enclave with low miles and no bells and whistles. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, no hassling. We also felt they were very fair as well.

Oil change

I was able to drop the car off before an appointment and they shuttled me to and from the appointment while they changed the oil.

One call and done!

I called, got in the same day and my car was ready in less than an hour. After coming back from vacation and a thousand errands to run, not having to deal with car problems was a big relief!
