In Sept 2018 I bought a Ford Hybrid that I no longer liked for many reasons. On 12/5 /18 I decided to start looking around for a Chevy Malibu. Lima Auto Mall had the exact car I wanted, in the price range I was looking for, and my sales rep Dan Cherkas was wonderful to work with. Due to my crazy work schedule I was not able to be there for long periods of time so Dan was able to help me negotiate pricing through message and calls and then was able to do most of the paperwork prior to getting the car! The experience was wonderful, he went above and beyond for me and I am in love with the style of this car and the color!! I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a new Chevy!

Rob Christ salesman was friendly, courteous and professional...not pushy at all. My wife and I really respect that and appreciate how Rob handle are car purchase! He took his time to throughly and fully answer our question about the car we purchased. He Rob treated us with nothing but respect! Sales manager Josh was fair and up front on deal he offered with our trade in. I felt that I was dealing on a even playing field right from the start! He also showed us nothing but respect and professionalism. Aaron from finance dept was respectful and professional in his diligence in explaining loan and sales application from A to Z. Took his time to make sure we understood what he was explaining and we were signing. I have always experienced great service at Lima Auto Mall.. Always fast and friendly with quality work. They also adjusted the luggage racks and changed a wiper with no appointment or charge.

The service center went above and beyond. Really appreciate all they did and recommend them. Price was a little more than I wanted to Mom pay but it was quality service and they worked with me.
