First off I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this place is. The moment I stepped foot on to this lot till I the time I left was by far the best experience ever! The salesman ( Robert-Spanky) was personable, easy to talk to, laid back and just down right the nicest person you will meet. He did everything he could to make me feel right at home, was very understanding and let me take my time and was NOT pushy. Going into the finance manager ( Mike Butler) and Spanky worked together as a team and made the experience enjoyable and the fastest I’ve ever seen or heard of. Mike worked his hardest and got me and my sister both in cars we both never dreamed of! He definatly worked some kind of magic. Not only did we get approved but also got rates no one else around could do! This is all coming from someone who was around car dealerships for a long time. By far Mike is the #1 best hands down! If you don’t think you will get approved, without a doubt Mike will make it happen! This will be the only car dealership I go to from this point on, and will also recommend them to everyone. Knowing they will not let you down!

Just bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox from the Lima Auto Mall. Everything went smoothly and everyone we encountered was very friendly and efficient. Rob Crist did a great job showing us all of the features of our new Equinox and explained things very well. He also encouraged us to stop back if we have any trouble figuring any of them out. The paperwork went quickly, as well. Which was very nice compared to some other places that we have bought vehicles from. I would definitely recommend The Lima Auto Mall if you are in the market for a car.

I went in with a budget as a first time buyer. They helped me to stay within my budget and all stayed patient with me as I decided what I wanted and felt was best for me. All the workers were a great help and it was a friendly environment.

Very knowledgeable on the cars we were looking at. Very helpful and nice. Enjoyed working with them on my purchase of my vehicle. Got us in and out quickly.

Got back to me quickly and had the car I was interested in ready. Knew all about it, even tho it wasn't one of their new car lines. Worked a good deal and gave a fair trade-in. I'm very pleased.

He kept us in the loop with every decision made throughout our process and was great with our 4 children . Our salesman was Robert "Spanky" Mulcahy. We drove from Rock Island, IL which was a 6 hour trip one way as the car was found on Lima Auto mall website. Spanky greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. That never happened to us before during many years of purchasing cars. Throughout the whole transaction he was helpful and really seemed to care about our experience. Before we had driven off we had a tour of the car which was very beneficial and also the name of a local BBQ restaurant to try, plus free candy!! Can't say enough about Spanky. We thank him for his caring. Total experience on a scale of 1-10, it would be a 12.

Lima Auto Malls used inventory selection is aways top notch and we are always able to find the vehicle we want and get the best deal. There was an issue with one of our tires and they worked until the problem was found.Our salesman Chris Kiefer took excellent care of us to get us in our vehicle on a Saturday and even took my wife to work while our vehicle was being cleaned up on Monday.

The staff here made my first experience purchasing a vehicle so easy! The salesman I worked with was super laid back, friendly, and honest and made the entire process so much easier and painless than I had expected. I live about an hour away from this dealership, but the quality of service made it completely worth the drive! I know that everyone there involved in my purchase went above and beyond to get a good deal and financing for the car I wanted, and it was greatly appreciated.
