Great experience overall

Mike was so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took his time and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He even stayed after the dealership was closed and out in the rain to help us get everything set up in our new Traverse!

2015 Chevy equinox

This is the 2nd Vehicle Purchased in the last Month the First one was a 2016 Chevy Equinox 2 weeks after having that one it was Totaled by a person running a red light. Robert "Spanky" Mulcahy was there to help us out once again with the help of Ryan Swaney to get my Wife the 2015 Equinox. The Price was really great. I'd recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

2015 Equinox Lima Auto mall

2nd EQUINOX that we have Bought from here in less than A month first one was great till some ran a red light totaled that one out But ROBERT "SPANKY" MULCAHY was right there to help us out again with the Purchase of another one as was RYAN SWANEY .. Gotta say these 2 made getting my Wife into another EQUINOX easier than I thought it was going to be . So I wouldn't hesitate to go back there if we needed another Vehicle. Thanks For all the support and great work.

Great, no hassle buying experience

Over the course of the past 40 years, I’ve had more than my fair share of opportunities to review and purchase new and used vehicles. Usually, as with most consumers, I did test the car buying experience. I’ve dealt with too many shady dealerships, pushy sales people, and KG sales managers. I am pleased to report that none of these practices where in evidence at this dealership. The process was fast, easy, and considering that I was operating from a homebase more than 150 miles away, surprisingly convenient. I am very pleased and satisfied with my treatment And the whole pre-, and post sales experience.

Satisfied customer

Rob Crist was honest and down to earth. He asked questions about the type of vehicle I was looking for. It was nice to be listened to as a woman. I informed him what budget I was trying to stay and he was able to do this.

Painless

We agreed on a price for a certified Truck (Tahoe) over an internet sale. We came in from a 2 hour drive to pick up the truck. JR and the whole team made it quick and painless. We were in and out in under 30 minutes.

Terrible Service and Lack of Honor

Bought a 2011 Equinox a few weeks ago. Also asked for 3 month warranty, which was granted. After a few days noticed backup camera and radio not working. Called dealership and said call service and we'll make it right. Went back to dealership thinking they would stand behind product they just sold. I was told by Ryan (used car manager) it is was it is. They said they would gladly fix everything for $300. I was shocked and disappointed. I was considering another vehicle on their lot but now steering clear. Would tread carefully when dealing with these folks.

Dealer response

We sold a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox with 81,958 miles on it and offered a extended warranty that would have covered the problem. We gave you a three month or 3,000 mile warranty that covers major components at no cost to you. We checked your vehicle for the problems you had and could not get the back up camera to duplicate the problem. The radio was in working order when you picked it up. We did not charge for this service. We found the radio antenna had been damaged and not covered under warranty. We discounted the job for you as a good will for our customer. Exceeded my expectations!

I had specific requirements and expectations from this dealership. I must say they not only met them but exceeded them. From my salesperson Rob Crist, to Ryan Swany general manager, and Mike in finance! Even Josh chimed in! Could not be happier! Definitely a customer for life.
