2017 Silverado LTZ Purchase

I had an excellent experience buying my 2017 Silverado LTZ. The General Sales Manager, Ryan Sweeney was awesome. He gave me a Gentleman Salesman, Steve Morrison. I traveled 7 hours to get to Lima Auto Mall to purchase my dream Silverado and I would do it again in a heart beat to deal with their Team. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone purchasing a vehicle, especially a Chevrolet.

Very helpful

Rob Crist was very helpful. I told what I wanted, what price range I wanted. He showed me two different cars that met my specifications. When I decided which car I liked he and his manger gave me time to have my out of town son come and inspect the car for me. Rob ,His manger and the whole staff were very cordial and helpful. I have had my cars serviced at Lima Auto Mall for many years and have always been very satisfied

Great Experience, Service and Deal

Rob and Ryan did everything they could to make deal happen. Didn't except to purchase on first go, but they made it happen. Very happy with the experience.

Excellent Service

Went to Lima Auto Mall today and dealt with Rob Crist, and Ryan Swaney. They really went out of their way to make sure that I got the best deal. I have never met two finer gentlemen than the two mentioned above. They are an asset to the company. It was pleasure dealing with them and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Excellent service

We had been looking for a Jeep renegade for awhile they just happened to have one on there lot, we went and looked decided to purchase it was a great experience, great customer service! We were very pleased. Austin answered any of our questions and was very patient!

Great dealer

I live almost two hours from this dealer, but they had the car I wanted. Negotiated out the door price over the phone, filled out credit app online, and set up a time to come in to pick car up. Car was washed and detailed and ready to go even tho I showed up 45 minutes early. Paperwork was all ready to be signed. I was in and out in 25 minutes at most.

interest rate

the interest rate I was told and the interest rate on my loan were off. I was told 4.4% and on my loan papers it was 4.9 % I was a little taken back.

Here at Lima Auto Mall, we strive to secure the best rate and terms available for each of our customers that they qualify for. At times, if we put numbers together without having had an opportunity to submit the figures to a particular lender, we will not know the exact rate until we have had a chance to submit to the lenders. Unfortunately, there are many prime lenders that also have a fee, which is commonly called a prepaid finance charge or loan origination fee. In many cases, this fee which the bank assesses, is not added to the amount in which the consumer finances but will accelerate the approved interest rate to the final A.P.R. In other words, in a case like this it may have been a 4.4 percent rate but after the fee the final A.P.R. ends up at a 4.9. We do strive to make this clear as we go over paperwork at the time of delivery but also understand that there is a lot of information covered as well. Helpful and friendly

Steve was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire purchase. He explained the vehicle to us and invited us back if we had other questions. We received a follow-up call in a couple of days to make sure everything was ok.
