Just bought a Dodge Journey this week though these guys!! Experience was fantastic never have I been in anf out of a dealership. in an hour and half. Rob was so helpful and was so informative about all the bells and wistles to the car and really sold us on purchasing the vehicle. Totally recommend checking these guys out. I know my family will go back there to purchase another vehicle in the future.

We live a little over an hour away from Lima in a bigger city, but we really appreciated the small town friendliness and competitive pricing of Lima Auto Mall. Steve Morrison was our sales associate and he was perfect for us. He knew our vehicle and had answers when we asked questions. No hard selling, just friendliness, and he gave us space so we could make a decision over about a week. Even when it didn't feel like he was going to make the sale he was the same friendly person. Our purchase day was smooth as we worked with Aaron Brougher who explained what we were signing with a nice sense of humor to go along with the sale. A great experience and we have a great car.

Justin did a great job helping us with out purchase on our new car. He knew his cars and their features and benefits very well. He made this large purchase easy. We came in late and they all stayed late to do all the paperwork and get us on our way with our new car. My husband and I walked into the dealership knowing that i have bad credit and short job time. We had minimum down payment and a trade that was 16 years old. Rick was reassuring and didn’t talk down to me even though there are more qualified buyers out there. Mike Butler got us done on a 2016 Fusion with low miles that I’m absolutely in love with! I never thought I’d be driving something so nice. Thank you for all your help!

It has been a many a year since my credit has improved and was looking to keep building towards the positive. They have a wonderful group of people who answer your questions and treat you with kindness and understanding. After agonizing to see if I finally made it on my own enough with my credit and get a vehicle without having to have a cosigner finally came true. Wonderful terms of the contract for the purchase of my 2013 Nissan Rouge that made me so happy I teared up that my hard work over the finally paid off. Anyhow, I would ALWAYS recommend this wonderful group of people and dealership because after I was approved they handled everything from my trade, down payment, license plate transfer, insurance transfer with efficiency that I was not accustom too. Even helped transfer my belongings from my trade to new vehicle because I was not expecting to be approved, so Spanky was awesome and helped me move it all. Thanks again!
