Drove from Bowling Green, OH to look at a Lincoln MKZ. Went for a test drive with Rick and felt no pressure to buy the car. He let us pull the car in the service garage out of the rain and inspect everything ourselves. Dealt with Aaron on finance, again no pressure or hassle. My overall experience was great. I will return to this dealership when I buy my new Silverado to see what they can do. I would recommend Lima Automall if you want a no pressure, no hassle experience!

I went into Lima Auto Mall yesterday thinking about trading in my Toyota Camry, but I really did not think it was going to be a possibility. I figured I owed too much on the Camry to be able to drive away in an Equinox. Not only did they have an Equinox that was exactly like what I was looking for, they were able to make it affordable. As it was the first time, everyone was extremely professional and thorough through the whole process, which by the way, is a lot faster and easier than what I had been accustomed to over the years. It was the greatest experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I was treated fairly with the same respect as another gentleman who had a down payment. Oh did I mention: I was approved for a loan with a no down payment and great monthly payments that are very affordable. With a very low interest rate. I have been buying new vehicles here for over twenty years. They keep me coming back with their great customer service. I have dealt with Rob Crist, Ryan Swaney, and Aaron Brougher and to say they go the extra mile is an understatement. They always treat me right and try to get me the lowest payment. I worked with Rob Crist on the purchase. He was a good salesman to work with. He attempted to have everything ready to go for me when i came in after work, but due to issues at my bank such as phones down and them not faxing the correct info, I ended up waiting a bit.
