The buying experience at Lima auto mall was as professional and courteous as any I've had before. As I had arrived, the vehicle I had come to see was recently prepped and parked in front ready for my inspection and test drive. The used car group immediately inspected my trade and the salesman was polite, genuine and down to earth. Everyone was very attentive and clearly dedicated to helping me close a deal and make the best use of my time.

I had to buy a new car after totaling my car. He helped me through the process and I was able to get an awesome car. He was great to work with and was very accommodating of my crazy schedule. Rob’s a great guy. Thanks!

The technicians, receptionist and service dept always treat me like I am their number one customer and that my vehicle's safety, smooth operation and service is of utmost importance to them. I can't compliment them enough! I was especially happy to be given a loaner vehicle (while my car was in for an extended repair) that was the same make/model as my own so I had ease in operation.

Rob was great! He knew what I was interested in and had vehicles ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. I walked in unsure if I would buy a vehicle that day, but the options I was given couldn't be passed up, and he was great at finding me the perfect car. The Sales manager searched until he found an offer I was interested in and Aaron was very personable, making the finalizing part a breeze. I'd reccomend the dealership to anyone. I'll be back to buy my next vehicle!!

Other than not getting 100% what I wanted out of my trade and the fact that the interior detailing was less than perfect with remnants of the previous owners coffee and food spills the customer service Justin provided 5 star and I will refer my family and friends to him.
