Lima Auto Mall

Chris Kiefer was my sales representative. I called in the afternoon with questions about a Cadillac CT6 that I saw on line. Chris was knowledgeable and responsive and listened to my questions which does not always happen at other dealers. As a result, I drove 100 miles that day to see the car and drove it home that evening. I dislike the process of buying a car and Chris made it easy. When I’m ready for my next vehicle I’ll definitely return to the Lima Auto Mall and look forward to working again with Chris.

Over Christmas we had a vehicle that began giving us unexpected problems to the point where we didn't trust driving the 700 miles back home with 4 kids and a dog. We began scouring the internet and came across a vehicle that matched our criteria (third row seating, AWD, and towing package). I quickly called the Lima Auto Mall to see if the vehicle was still available. They indicated they would hold the vehicle for me and have it warmed up when I arrived. Later that afternoon my wife and I stopped in and our new vehicle was in fact warmed up and waiting for us! Justin Engle greated us at the door and we were off test driving it in no time. After returning he was ultra helpful in getting our trade-in evaluated, all of the paperwork started, and explained the process as it had been some time since we had bought a vehicle. Since we weren't planning on buying a vehicle when traveling for the Holidays, they even accepted our trade-in without the title and gave us their address to mail it to once we returned from the holidays! All in all, a great buying experience from the Lima Auto Mall.

I just love this dealership, it's the best I've ever worked with. They treat you fair and as a true customer. The whole purchasing experience is second to none and I am very pleased with them. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with the folks at Lima Auto Mall. I arrived with my parents in tow, on the coldest day of the year, and Chris took everything in stride. He answered our questions, worked with our budget, and generally walked me through the process (since it was my first purchase from a dealership). He also brushed the snow off the car I wanted to test drive and gave its battery a boost since it had frozen up. He also made sure the service department tested the battery further to make sure it was good to go. Later, Ryan approved my loan and explained its terms and Aaron completed my transaction. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I inquired Lima Auto Mall about a used truck that they had available. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. Robert and Aaron didn't pressure me about anything before the sale or after the sale. Robert was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and went above and beyond to show me all the features. Aaron was also very easy to work with after the sale. He was very organized in showing me additional warranties and protections that i could add on, if needed. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Levi at the Lima Auto Mall was amazing! The sales manager and everyone else there was welcoming and made me feel at ease through what seemed to be the longest day ever. In the end I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and could not be happier!

He was so thorough going over all the options and showed me everything I need to know about the car I picked out.
