I went here because i was told it was one of the best places to go. And they were right. The employees werw friendly and always offered us water. The car i got was in great condition. All in all a 5/5 experience.

Wife asked questions and so did I. Got the answer so more questions where asked and they where answered. Checked out the pickup on the car from a dead stop and it preformed very well.

Justin Engle was our salesman. I emailed that we was going to Lima Auto Mall and wanted to test drive a 2017 Acadia Limited that they had listed on their web site.We drove from Bowling Green, Ohio to Lima, Ohio, about 75 mikes. When we got there the next day, the vehicle was sitting out front ready to go. Justin was right on top of things when we asked him a question about the Acadia. Ryan Swaney, the General Sales Manager worked with us on a trade in price for our trade. Aaron Brougher the Finance Manager went over the stack of paperwork with us. All three were very personable and treated us with courtesy and respect. I would not hesitate to buy another car at Lima Auto Mall. As you can tell, we were very pleased from start to finish.
