We would like to recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone who wants a hassle free experience purchasing a car. We test drove with Rob and he didn't pressure us to buy. He was very courteous as we negotiated and purchased the vehicle. Aaron, as well, was easy to work with as we finalized the paperwork.

When going to Lima Auto Mall I had already don't some looking around and they had what I wanted! When getting there I was greeted by Tyler who was very pleasant and honest!! After speaking about other options to be sure I was 100% on the vehicle I purchased we took a test drive we spoke about the car and he informed me of many options the car had along with there warranties that was offered!! This was the most easy, non-pressured car purchase I've ever experienced. Salesman Tyler Hawk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Even chatted with my 5 year old grandson during the test drive. Received a follow up call from Chasity about my experience and to answer any questions I may have had. Great staff, great experience. I saw the truck online and contacted Steve Morrison who was great and truthful throughout the process. Steve checked out the vehicle before I made the four hour drive. Steve found an issue and had it corrected before my arrival. The truck was everything promised. I would buy again with Lima Auto Mall and Steve Morrison. Aaron Brougher had all the paperwork ready and it only took minutes to complete the sale so I could get back on the road.

I recently purchased a 2017 certified used Equinox from them on 6/10/2017. The whole staff, especially Justin Engle, Aaron Brougher and Bob Aubin were great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
