I dealt with Tyler Hawk and was treated with courtesy & respect. As an older woman, this was very important to me. I feel that I was given a fair & honest deal on my car. He even went over & beyond to mail me the CD's I had left in my old car.

I could not have been treated any better as a customer. No one likes to shell out a lot of money for a car repair But I left confident that the work was done correctly and that I got my money's worth. I was treated with dignity and respect, work was done in a very reasonable time , and the job was done right.

Rob was great. Very personable and treated us like family not a sales goal. He respected that we knew what we wanted and didn't try to sell us anything else. Aaron was awesome and explained all the papers and tried anything and everything to make sure we could get our car at the price we were comfortable with. Great experience all around.

I would definitely recommend the staff at Auto Lima Mall, especially Robert Crist (sales). He went above and beyond to get what I was looking for..not pushy at all! Quick and professional. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours, that's service right there! I would definitely recommend his expertise to anyone in the market of a vehicle and also I would recommend this place anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I live 50 miles away and found the truck I wanted on their website. I made a visit to the dealership on Saturday near closing time and was greeted by Rob Crist. He made the time and effort to answer all my question after closing. I made an appointment to take a second look at the car on Monday. It was clean and ready for my detailed inspection as Rob promised. I purchased the truck and it was home in my garage on Tuesday! Rob went through at least 45 minutes of training, updating me on the new electronic in the truck. It was very helpful! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable. Lima auto mall will be on the top of my list, for my future purchases.

They skimmed over a detail that I was purchasing a service contract. Never mentioned that I was paying 3000 dollars for it. I asked a question about the total and didn't fully explain.

My daughter had been looking to upgrade her car and had been shopping on line for a few weeks. We visited the Auto Mall the first time when she thought she wanted to find an SUV. Didn't find anything that fit into her budget so the salesman took our name and number and told us if anything comes in, he would call us. No pressure to buy while we were there!! Kept looking and found a sedan she was really interested in about 2 days later and we went back. We met with Robert Crist and he helped us right away. We told Robert what we were looking at, he got the keys and we checked out the vehicle, took it for a drive and started talking numbers. Great experience overall with no pressure to buy. This is the is third vehicle we have bought from Lima Auto Mall and we have been very pleased with the service we get from the sales people. As a side note, we also highly recommend their service department! Outstanding service!

After losing my old car, Rob was so friendly in helping me find a used car just for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful as this being my first time buying a car. a huge shout to Aaron, and Ryan, for talking to me and making me feel so welcomed!
