Lima Auto Mall 2016 Suburban sale to Mike Wilmas
I am an out of town purchaser. Lima Auto Mall's sales staff Q&A responses and expedited sale processing was outstanding. I flew in to make the purchase and drive the vehicle home (~ 400 miles). My flight was delayed but Eric picked me on time at the Dayton airport and drove me the the Lima Auto Mall Dealership 75 miles away, Tyler Hawk and Ryan Swaney had the truck prepped for pickup all the paperwork ready for my review and signature. Aaron Brougher (finance) walked me through the paperwork and signature cycle and I was out the door in 45 mins. Start to finish. Great job guys! The car is everything you reported it to be. always buy my vehicles here. They have the best deals around. Tyler Hawk went out of his way to get me what I wanted. He was very helpful when I finally picked my vehicle on how to use all the knobs and things. I would deal with Tyler again.

Our visit was pleasant and friendly. Rob was not pushy, was very knowledgeable. We felt comfortable talking with Rob so we returned to look at a vehicle, not intending to buy right away. The vehicle was clean, while on the lot and Rob made it clear if were interested let him know anytime. He even gave me his cell number to call anytime. Everything went very smooth and we purchased the vehicle with a very nice deal as well. Excellent team.

Excellent experience
Purchased a 2016 Traverse. Everyone worked hard to get us a deal that worked for us. I never felt I needed to be pushy or assertive because I explained my expectations and they followed through. Tyler Hawk was a great salesman to work with and I never felt pressured to sway from my original goal. Easily the best car buying experience I have had.

Great Service
Would like to thank Steve Morrison of the Lima Auto Mall for all his help and service. I was involved in an accident on May 3, 2017 and my car was totaled. I had purchased the car new in 2010 and I called Steve to help get an different car. Within two days he found what I was looking for and I purchased the car. I want to thank Steve and the Dealership for helping me out at an inconvenient time.

Another good experience at Lima Auto Mall
Went in to get my vehicle repaired (new water pump, ugh!)...ended up buying a newer vehicle. My go-to salesman is Ryan Swaney. He's always helpful, doesn't give me a runaround, answers all my questions to the point, treats me with respect and no cheesy salesmen tactics. After decision made to purchase, Mike Tanquay took care of transferring OnStar and XM Radio accounts to new vehicle and all other lose ends. Everything handled as quickly and easily as possible by these two men. This is the 6th vehicle I've purchased from Lima Auto Mall, 3 of those from Ryan.

Purchasing an SUV
My husband and I met with Mr. Ryan Swaney, Mr. Justin Engle, and Mr. Aaron Brougher and these professionals did a superb job in meeting our needs for an SUV. Overall good experience, trade in process poor...
Purchased a used 2014 Silverado 4x4 which is in wonderful condition. The process of setting up an appointment and test driving the truck was a piece of cake. The salesman, Justin Engle, was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the truck. He greeted us with a smile and numerous compliments on our current car ('05 BMW 325ci which we traded in). All went well with test drive of both vehicles and then the negotiation began. The truck was priced fairly and I see no need to haggle. My trade in on the other hand was another story. The initial offer was below rough trade in according to NADA, which the dealership claimed is no longer a viable source of information and is no longer used. They later referenced NADA however when defending the price of their truck. After the better part of two hours of our Salesman going back and forth with his Manager, we finally arrived at a disappointing offer for our car. This process is common and the same process as I had experienced in 1987 when I bought my first new car. There has to be a better way, it's just too painful. After "the deal" was settled, it was off to the Finance Manger, Aaron Brougher who was a delight. We hammered out the paperwork and arranged for Ziebart protection which seems quite impressive so far. All was set and we left feeling somewhat good about the deal. Two days later we returned to pickup the truck and all went perfectly. If it weren't for the trade in issue, this would have been a nearly perfect experience. So, think long and hard before trading in, and if you do prepare yourself for the worst. No trade in, enjoy the experience!
