Looking for a safe used car on a limited budget
My daughter just turned 16 and we were looking for a car that was reliable and safe for a new driver and within a tight budget. I had written a review on Lima Auto Mall and Mike Tanguay in February 2013 when I had a great experience in buying my Tahoe and nothing has changed. Another great experience, again! I was asking a lot in a car with limited budget and they continue to deliver. They had taken a 2011 Cruze Eco in trade and knew it would be a great car for a new driver and they made it fit within our budget. They performed a thorough inspection and detailed the car prior to our test drive. They took all the work and stress out of buying a car. All I did was make a call and let them know what I was looking for and they just called me when one came available. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Purchase of a certified truck
Justin was very informative, friendly and helpful, Ryan greeted and thanked me when leaving, Arron aka Bigfoot the finance and paperwork dude was also speedy and helpful I did some homework on KBB before I went they gave me above what my trade was worth and the price for the slightly used truck was below the price listed on KBB. Very satisfied with my experience there

Very Good Dealership
Just bought my first vehicle from Lima Auto Mall. It was a very good experience. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Both Rob and Bob were very professional and easy to talk to, they made both my wife and I feel at ease. We felt no pressure to buy. All a round the entire staff made our buying experience well worth the time and we will be giving Lima Auto Mall the chance to sell us our next vehicle

Great New Car Experience!!
We had a wonderful experience at the Lima Auto Mall. Mason was very helpful when we stopped in while out "just looking". He followed up with a phone call and an email to answer any questions that we might still have regarding the car we had been looking at. We stopped in a second time, unfortunately on a day that Mason was off, his partner, Steven, was also a big help. After we had decided on the type of car we definitely wanted, Steven had Rick Jones help find one in the near distance. Mason did a great job explaining all the features of our new car on the day of pick-up! We were working within a time frame and the Team at The Lima Auto Mall all worked together to be sure that we had our new XT5 Cadillac within that time frame to our financial advantage. Awesome Experience!!!
Had been truck shopping all week, getting the normal salesman pitch from every dealership. Stopped by Lima Auto Mall and was blown away by Alan Chess and Bob Aubin! Both guys were very helpful and honest, Answered every question I had and got me exactly what I was looking for! They did not pressure me or try to push me into anything. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I will be going back for future vehicles for SURE!

Best Car Purchase Experience Ever
If I could rate my experience higher than five stars, I would without any hesitation. The sales staff at this dealership is second to none. I bought a vehicle I found on the internet without any trips to the dealership. From the initial phone call to the transport and delivery, they took care of everything. Living in the Nashville area, I had to trust and rely on them to be my 'eyes' on the vehicle. Thanks to my sales person, Rob, the vehicle was even better than I had imagined. The customer care Rob provided and his professionalism was flawless and I can't thank you enough! Thanks to sales manager, Ryan for his help in making this a smooth deal. Not to mention, I was able to get the car at a great price! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You absolutely will not be disappointed. They deliver a great vehicle, a great deal and a great experience and you'll want to pay it forward and share with others.

Not Honest about cosmetic condition of vehicle.
I drove 2hrs for a vehicle that I was told had NO SCRATCHES (I specifically asked on phone) the vehicle had 7300 miles on it & I expected it to be almost spotless, every side of this van had major scratches & the interior was a wreck, scratched & stained. The salesman was extremely disturbed that we were looking at this on a used vehicle. Yes, I told the salesman that as long as the van was what they advertised it was I would for sure buy it. I was 20 minutes away & received 2 phone calls by 2 different sales people to make sure I was coming, and was asked to give my debit card # over the phone to "hold" the vehicle. I was even asked the day before when calling to inquire about the vehicle for my credit app information just to get the ball rolling.... I was smart enough not to give any of the info... This all bothers me... Yes, I felt bad that the sales guy really wanted this sale but this van WAS NOT nice... I was completely disgusted with it. Yes, my husband had a heated discussion with the sales guy but DID NOT deserve to be threatened to get his xxx kicked!!! I just can't stop thinking about how rude this salesman was, if I am going to pay $20,000+ for a vehicle I expect it to be in very good cosmetic shape with a few minor acceptions... it's MY money & MY decision!! This salesman said a person should be more interested in how it drives & handles & is reliable than the way it looks... maybe his opinion... I truely hope you change MANY of your salesman ways Mason, you may sell more vehicles!!.... Since I drove 2 hours one way for a "dud " I decided to car shop at a different dealership & came home with a "used" van, it has 14,000 miles on it & the interior is SPOTLESS & we could only find 2 very small scratches on it!! AND we paid $200 LESS than the piece of crap you were pushing on us!!! HA!!! THANK YOU!! My 2 hour drive was worth it after all but not in your favor!!

Steven Wilkerson was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He spent time needed to explain all aspects of the vehicle and made sure to check with other staff for extended information if needed. We felt comfortable that we were dealing with a reputable organization.
