Awesome experience. Great honest folks in sales and their service department is number 1 for excellence.

The employees are very helful and make sure you know what your buying. When i didnt understand something my sales person explained it in a different way that was more understanding. Even though he was dealing with other customers he still took the time to make sure everything was explained to me.

My son and I searched online for a specific vehicle. Once located, we called and made contact with Justin Engle who answered all of our questions, mediated with the sales manager, Bob, and accepted photos of a Camaro we were trading in since we were located 5 1/2 hours away. Justin shared the photos for an estimated trade-in value which is not a normal process, and we even received an additional amount for the trade in once we arrived. We agreed on terms and left middle Tennessee for Lima, Ohio at 8pm to trade. Justin stayed after hours, as did Bob to answer all of our questions and help us with a decision. We had 3 other vehicles/companies that were being considered, 2 in Tennessee and 1 in Alabama, whom we contacted to inform we had chosen another dealer. Justin called while we were traveling, as well as the next morning to touch base and provide directions. The Chevy Volt was sitting out front waiting for us on arrival. The transactions were flawless, Aaron was also top notch to work with in Financing and we were well pleased with the whole transition process. Other salesmen and some from service even chatted and checked with us as we waited. The whole group and deserves 5 Stars for professional, exceptional service. Probably not my last trip to Lima!

We received excellent service from the salesman and the staff. They made every effort to listen to our requests and preferences in automobiles. Patience is a virtue they seem to have a hold of when it comes to customers like us who are undecided. What a refreshing approach, listening to your customer. Called the dealership to see if they still had a car that was listed online before driving 2 hours. I talked to Ryan verified that they have the car on the lot. I was in contact with Rob throughout the day to make sure the car was still on the lot before heading to Lima. I got a call that the car was put on hold because I am driving so far and show great interest in the car. Ryan went above and beyond to do that for me. Once at dealership, Rob had the car already cleaned and sitting out front waiting on us. He showed us the ins and out of the car and then we test drove it. I then went ahead and purchased the car. This was a very easy process. Rob got the paperwork ready while Aaron started the financial side of everything. It was a smooth and quick process. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall and plan on going back there for future cars.

We were cruising lots, found a car we liked, and then found the price on the internet. The dealership called and we worked out a tentative deal on the phone. At the dealership we were taken care of quickly and professionally. I would recommend Lima Auto Mall.
