We had a very positive experience with Lima Auto Mall. We drove up from the Dayton area because they had a used Chevy Volt listed on their website. We end up trading in our old car for the Volt. Steven Wilkerson (sales) was, professional, very polite, low pressure, and found answers to our questions. He also admitted not knowing a lot about the Volt. His honesty was refreshing since our experience has been that few dealers know much about the Volt; a plug in extended range electric - a.k.a hybrid ) and may try to steer you to another vehicle. Completing the paperwork and a service visit at a later date to replace damaged air intake molding as part of the sale also went smoothly. A very good car buying experience overall.
