I came in looking to trade my ATS hoping that a deal could be made. Ryan was able to get the numbers where I wanted them to be and a deal was made on a 2016 XTS.

I was greeted at the door in a professional manner. Mike discussed the particulars of the vehicle inside and out, then promptly prepared me for a test drive. The terms of the transaction were explained thoroughly, and questions were addressed honestly. Also impressive was the follow-up after the sale was completed. The facility was extremely clean and attractive, making it a pleasant environment for conducting business.

Rob did a good job of getting everything ready so my visit to the dealership was a quick and easy experience. I've been looking for a vehicle and had a difficult time finding what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable, took time to go over the features of the car and after a brief test drive I bought the XTS. Very good guy to do business with.
