Lima Auto Mall had the largest selection of pre owned certified Cadillacs in our area, so I drove 2 hrs from MI to check their inventory. I received excellent customer service from Ryan Staley, our sales consultant, Ryan was a new sales consultant at Lima Auto Mall, and he went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was satisfied with my car. Thank you Ryan, for all the trouble you went into on my behalf. My husband and I drove 3 hours to Lima Auto Mall to purchase a vehicle.
