The staff at Knauz know how to treat a customer which is why I returned to them to purchase my new BMW. Everyone was friendly and helpful. George Greve spent the time to gather the information on leasing versus buying, returned my telephone calls promptly, and patiently answered my questions. I loved having Spencer Parker as my technology geek, explaining how the 2016 differs from the 2013 model. The finance man was great too, very detail oriented.

I leased my new Evoque from LRLB and Justin and Matt were very personable and made the experience great. I still don't understand most of the features but Matt stressed that I can come back any time for him to go through all the features again, which I will do in the next week or so.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new vehicle. Richard Bradley and Hans Kribbel were friendly and professional. Bradley was so knowledgable about the cars that we were interested in. I'm not a fan of the long drawn out process of purchasing a vehicle. Our experience at Knaus was a pleasant process.
