Best Dealer Experience
After our first visit last week, my wife and I agreed that Land Rover Lake Bluff was easily the best dealer experience we've ever had! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us. Jack took us on our first test drive and gave us a great introduction to the Discovery Sport. Then, when we came back to finalize the paperwork we worked with a great team (Matt, Justin, and Peter) who made the process entirely painless. Great dealership with great people!

A great place to get your Mercedes
Andreas Rehder and Sam Greenberg both continued the terrific sale and service I've received and expect from Knauz for the 30 years I've buying Mercedes from them. I once walked into AutoHaus and for 20 minutes, nobody took the time to ask if I had any questions, most doing personal stuff. Knauz is very much a customer focused dealership, sales or service. Sam even came to my home, twice, to program my garage openers. I have just bought a SL 63 AMG, GLE350 and a few years ago a CL550. Hans Kribbel, General Manager is as good as they come and George Black, Used car buyer is as nice and fair as you could ever expect

Horrible customer service.
We visited the dealership to test drive a new GLE 350. The salesman we had the test drive scheduled with told us he was leaving shortly so he passed us on to Steve Chase. After spending quite some time on finding the vehicle he brought the car around to the front of the dealership. We took the car out for the test drive and as we were driving I was asking Steve simple questions that he answered I think just to answer. For example I asked him if the illuminated star was a factory installed option only, or if it could be installed after the car is purchased. Steves answer: factory only. I asked him what the main differences were between the GLE and the GLS. Steves answer: well the GLS IS AN 80k SUV. I'm a very educated buyer and the last thing I needed to know is the price difference. Steve was very condescending and his product knowledge was very poor. I would never purchase a new car from a person like him. I really think someone should explain to him he's selling very expansive and high quality products not burgers.

A great buying experience
We have purchased 3 cars from Knauz BMW in the past and when we needed a new car it was an easy decision to return to Knauz. Our new sales rep, Bob Geisheker, was very patient and helpful with us as we took our time deciding what car we wanted. He patiently explained each of the options available along with cost, and made sure we understood all the financing options available. In the end we decided to lease a new 2016 X3. We're very happy with our decision. We were also pleased with the new (to us at least) BMW Genius service. Our BMW Genius, Brandon Helbig, went on test drives with us and explained all the features, and after we made our decision he worked with us for about an hour making sure we had the car set up the way we liked. He encouraged us to come back in the future with any questions. We highly recommend this dealership.

Sam Greenberg was awesome!
Sam Greenberg outdid himself in being helpful, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about the functions of our new Mercedes that would be the most pertinent to us (as it is a lot to take in everything about a Mercedes at one time!) Sam not only showed us the way the functions worked, but made common sense suggestions so we understood why and how a specific setting would work best in our everyday life. Sam was very patient as I am not that tech savvy. Despite my lack of knowledge about some basic iphone capabilities, Sam not only explained the phone functionality, but also showed me how it would be enhanced in conjunction with the Mercedes capabilities. Sam is a very valuable employee and should be applauded for his friendly customer service and going above and beyond what would typically be expected. Thank you Sam!

Outstanding Dealership
Outstanding vehicles! My sales rep, Tisha, was great! If I had questions I could always text him and would get a response quick. Also the BMW Genius I had, Jon Jakubco, was extremely knowledgeable and helped with all the new features! My family has bought 4 cars from here and I'm sure there's more to come!

No BS
These guys did a terrific job putting the best terms on the table during a short phone call and provided for quick and informative delivery of the vehicle. There was no need to sit around the showroom while the typical nonsense "negotiation" played out. This is how you buy a car.

Very Dishonest Finance Manager North Location
My salesman Josh was very polite and helpful. The finance Manager was very dishonest and telling lies to Josh to tell us untruthful things from our credit history. I was very upset to see such lies created. Very bad business!!!! I went to another dealer in Gurnee and used the same bank and had no problems at all. Was approved in 30 minutes. I will never visit this dealer again.
