Took 2010 XF to Exeter NH Jaguar at the request of my normal mechanic. The check engine light was on and they believed it was possiblely due to a software... issue dealing with JTB00189, also tire sensor failure light was on. Called dealer, was told to bring it in on 4//1/18. Dealer stated no loaner vehicles were available and the issue should only take about approximately one hour. Brought vehicle in at 0800hrs. After giving keys to the service department I Stood in sales room for over half hour without any employees checking on if I needed help. Finally approached two woman talking about their weekend, asked where a customer waiting area was and they just pointed down the hall towards a small dark room. After waiting three hours a service woman came out and stated that my XF was ready and that they up dated the software for the engine light and tire light. Stated they cleared serval other codes they stated they found. Charged me $280.00 to update Jaguar software. This is outrageous! Went out to vehicle and started it up to find engine light still on. They took it back in for more diagnostics, after approximately another hour I was told that they need to replace a air pump for $1400.00 and can’t say if that will even fix the problem. Service woman stated “it’s a Jaguar they are very difficult and expensive to repair.” This is my second Jaguar and my last! Fours of waiting and almost $300 later I’m no better off than I was before bring it to the dealer. Lost a half day of work for nothing. Overall very bad experience, employees were confusing in their statements and I found a very unwelcoming atmosphere at this dealer. Things have changed I’be used this dealer several years ago and had good experience.
The team at Jaguar of Exeter has taken good care of me -- service is quick and so far they are always done even earlier than they said they would be. ... After owning my CPO 2013 Jaguar XJ for one year , so far have just needed an oil change, and a minor sensor. I simply love the car; I still turn around to look at it when i leave it in a parking space.
Best car purchase experience I've ever had. Bought a used Lexus at Jaguar Exeter and couldn't be happier to date. Steven Desisto in the Sales Department... was fantastic to work with. No pressure, straight forward answers to questions and very reasonable when negotiating price. As part of purchase asked that minor repair work be performed. Service Department was just as good (Thank you Kelly!). Work completed on time and they included luxury loaner car. Will not hesitate to do business with Jaguar Exeter again.

Blew a tire on way to work and drove right to my Jaguar dealership. Service was able to take my car in right away for examination and then get the new... tyres on by lunch. Eric, Kelly and all the service team are great.
Service staff always friendly and knowledgeable. I often am able to get service appointments when convenient for me.
My previous experience with the service department have not been great however this service call was excellent.
