Dealing with Casey in service has been great for our business. She communicates well, keeps us updated and helps keep our fleet of equipment moving. She has gone out of her way to check on warranty and suggested the use of the mobile service for recalls which limits downtown & travel.

This was my first time buying a car by myself and Tom Miller made it a great experience. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward, no games going back and forth to the manager. The one issue on the used car that had to be fixed, was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and Tom kept me updated throughout. Everyone at Al Packer who I encountered, was friendly and easy to work with. I am very happy with my purchase and the buying experience.

My experience with Al Parker was great! I'm from Pgh Pa and drove 4-hours for a great deal and great service! Melissa was my sales women and was straight to the point on pricing my trade as well as the sale price on my new truck. The deal was done over the phone so when I arrived their team had the new truck and all paperwork ready for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Even after the sale Melissa and her team has been checking in to make sure I'm happy with the my new Truck.. 2026 F250 HO-Power stroke King Ranch....

This was my first time buying a new car from a dealer in 20 years. Needless to say I was anxious. Tom Miller took me on a test drive and answered all my questions. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy . He offered me coffee and water and walked me through the process of buying the vehicle. If I ever buy another new vehicle I will most certainly start at Al Packer Ford.

Tom Miller and Jeff were fantastic to work with. This was very direct and professional service. No games were played. I was able to get the specific truck I wanted, at a more than fair deal. I also appreciate the time spent after the deal was made. And the ongoing assistance with the transition to EV. Tom is knowledgeable and very diligent always returning call and texts.

My experience with Al Packer Ford has been nothing short of a disaster. I brought my Ford Transit in four times for the same air conditioning issue, and after all those visits, it still wasn’t fixed. Their ongoing failure cost me 7 days of downtime at $1,120 per day — totaling $7,840 in lost revenue for my business. They ordered the wrong part and left me in the dark for two full days with zero communication. I had to chase them for updates, which is unacceptable when I’m losing money every day. When I finally spoke with the manager, he promised discounts to make things right — but then refused to show me any breakdown of costs or paperwork, and even had the nerve to blame me for the situation. That is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. On top of all this, Jeff and Theresa smirkingly stood there smiling and laughing about the size of my vehicle, making jokes instead of offering any respect or actual help. I came in needing support and left with nothing but lost time, lost money, and blatant disrespect. This dealership clearly doesn’t value their customers — especially small business owners who depend on their vehicles to earn a living. Avoid Al Packer Ford at all costs. They are untrustworthy, disorganized, and completely indifferent to the damage they cause.

I’ve been talking with Athina Batis, the sales manager. She has been super helpful and on top of everything to help get me going, I’m from MA and drove down to buy a truck and needed plates and registration help. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Can’t thank her enough!! Highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from the dealership!

The service department had my F150 for a month rebuilding the transmission. It was originally supposed to get a sensor replaced and only take a week. After week one I called for an update, and they told me they would need it another week because they had to rebuild the transmission. A month later I finally got my truck back and it was running until today. 17k miles later the rebuilt transmission now needs to be replaced and go figure, it's out of warranty. I feel as though I should get a lot more than 17K miles out of a rebuilt transmission, especially after the price of rebuilding it. Stay away!!
