He wasn't a big help at all from what my person was expressing to me. I would not recommend him to any of my friends. We purchased a car from Ethan, which is an amazing human being, he cares, is very clear about plans or what is offered. He's very knowledgeable. I would like to work with Ethan again in the future

The service department fixed my issue that first appeared to be a warranty issue until a rodent was found that caused the problem. They called and discussed costs and they repaired it. They also ordered the recall parts to service the recall.
