I did not interact directly with Craig Shoultz. From my first phone call to Button I felt like I was in good hands with Shyy McDonald. Shyy was helpful in answering all of my questions and he involved others at Button which helped us purchase the pre-own vehicle wanted. I have since recommended others that if you are looking for a new or pre-owned call Button in Kokomo.
