They do not return a call and if you leave a message it is ignored. I leased a Rav and they messed up on the paperwork on the Highlander that I turned... in from a lease and Toyota wanted to charge me $997. Took me 3 months to get that cleared up. Then I was charged $900 for prepaid maintenance on the new Rav that I did not want. Went in Feb and signed cancellation papers for the maintenance and now 4 months later Toyota has not received the cancellation papers. Midwest does not return my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Had appointment to test drive a particular car. Showed up for appointment and was told the vehicle was moved to a sister lot. They never attempted to... call me in advance. Waisting my time. They kept trying to get me to look at a new vehicle. No respect for customer, bait and switch.

The car was well priced, but the service was awful!! They were unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They made the buying process very difficult and stressful.... I would NOT RECOMMEND them.

I took my 2013 Toyota Venza in because the clearcoat began to peel. Since I did not purchase the vehicle from Midwest, I was told they would not assist... me with Toyota, even though they had numerous other vehicles with the same issue. The body shop manager's even went so far as to blatantly tell me the vehicle had been wrecked (clean car fax) and insult the dealership I purchased from. After a very frustrating exchange in which he basically told me that I was ignorant, I informed him that if the vehicle had been wrecked and not reported, it was prior to the dealer I purchased from obtaining through Toyota at their auction and would constitute fraud. He finally admitted that they would not help me since I did not buy from them. The dealer I did buy from fixed the paint issue at no charge and will warranty it as long as I own the vehicle. I would NEVER spend a dime with Midwest after this.
