Always a 5-Star visit to the Hendrick Mini service department in Charlotte, thanks to Craig Eves and Michelle. I have been getting my car maintenance done at Hendrick Mini for 14 years. I never had less than a 5-Star visit. The best service department I have ever visited over the years!

Craig is amazing.
Craig is amazing. He set me up with a loaner for my service and it was seamless. My car was serviced and I got it back the next day. This dealership takes good care of my sugafoot. 😁

Hendrick has the BEST employees of any car dealerships in the Charlotte Metro area. It's more than just a sale. They want to make sure the customer becomes part of their family with life long support for as long as you own one of their vehicle.
