I have had the best car buying experience with Rick Case...

I have had the best car buying experience with Rick Case Mazda. I found the car I wanted and they worked with me to get it. I was treated so well I almost felt pampered. Everyone working there was genuinely nice and helpfull in every way. My sales person Mr. Vastani was better than awesome. He went above and beyond and I am 110% satisfied with my experience as Rick Case Mazda. I am loving my new Mazda6 all smiles. Kevin of Cedartown Ga.

Excellent Purchase with Brett!

I had a wonderful experience with Brett Bauer and Joe Perez at Rick Case Mazda. I dropped by around 4PM on a Friday afternoon, Brett is professional and efficient, he immediately arranged a test drive and helped me made a deal. He answered each question carefully, making sure I was satisfied with every detail about the car. Later Brett and Joe described every feature of the car while I was sitting inside of it. I never had an experience like this before, very friendly and knowledgeable. They had exactly what I was looking for, the total process only took me less than 3 hours and I was able to drive the new car home for dinner. Another reason I like Rick Case Mazda is that they provide 10-year, 100,000-mile nationwide power train warranty on all new Mazdas, without any additional fee. All in all, great stuff, great experience.

I did not have an appointment and Mark was able to have...

I did not have an appointment and Mark was able to have my car serviced, including a oil change. The issue was resolved by the end of the day. Mark was great to work with, he let me know when the issue was resolved and my car was ready.

The sales staff at RIck Case were very professional and efficient. Brett and Joe spent a lot of time showing me details of the vehicle and doing several test drives with me. We purchased a new CX9 from Rick Case. Raymond Lewis was our sales associate. Raymond is fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable about his product and really tries to make the purchase as easy as possible. Everyone at the dealership is respectful, helpful and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend Rick Case and Raymond. Probably easiest new car purchase I have made in 35 years.

Steven Bae was knowledgeable about the CX-9 and the mazda Certification Process. He answered all of our questions to our satistfaction. He did no pressure us to make a decision now. Very Happy with the entire experience!

Rick Case Mazda of Duluth, Georgia

April 7th, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: About one week ago, I visited Rick Case Mazda in Duluth, Georgia looking for a third vehicle. I had asked for a female sales person and since Ms. Wendi Sands was off that day, Ms. Rhiannon Brazell helped me. I found a pre-owned 2007 Mazda Miata that had yet to be inspected. The following day, Ms. Brazell phoned me and shared that it had passed inspection to which I went to her that day and asked her to write up a sales contract. Because she was not a sales consultant, her manager asked that she find a sales consultant to finish the transaction to which I asked for Ms. Wendi Sands. I am here to say that Ms. Rhiannon Brazell, Ms. Wendi Sands, Mr. Steven Rotenstein, Mr. Tony Schuble and Mr. David Koegler were all exceptional individuals in providing me with excellent customer service; I hope they are recognized for their contributions to Rick Case Mazda of Duluth, Georgia and rewarded accordingly.
