April 7th, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: About one week ago, I visited Rick Case Mazda in Duluth, Georgia looking for a third vehicle. I had asked for a female sales person and since Ms. Wendi Sands was off that day, Ms. Rhiannon Brazell helped me. I found a pre-owned 2007 Mazda Miata that had yet to be inspected. The following day, Ms. Brazell phoned me and shared that it had passed inspection to which I went to her that day and asked her to write up a sales contract. Because she was not a sales consultant, her manager asked that she find a sales consultant to finish the transaction to which I asked for Ms. Wendi Sands. I am here to say that Ms. Rhiannon Brazell, Ms. Wendi Sands, Mr. Steven Rotenstein, Mr. Tony Schuble and Mr. David Koegler were all exceptional individuals in providing me with excellent customer service; I hope they are recognized for their contributions to Rick Case Mazda of Duluth, Georgia and rewarded accordingly. My experiences at Rick Case Mazda was awesome! Marvin Harvey helped me in purchasing a used Honda CX9. He explained every detail of the car and when I test drove it he made sure I knew what every button in the car did. Carlos Holness was extremely helpful and thorough with all of the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership when purchasing a used car!

Rick Case Mazda is a class act. We went to just look and...
Rick Case Mazda is a class act. We went to just look and there was no pressure and Marvin provided us will all the information we needed and never asked if we were going to buy or push us. This was quite the opposite with the Nissan dealer that was next door. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and did not put any pressure on us. We were able to sign papers and then come back the next day to complete the transaction because we didn't allow enough time to accomplish everything. My wife and I felt very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Rick Case for the dealership to buy from. This is a laid back dealership with no pressure or sales hype. Just good people.

We had an excellent experience in purchasing our new CX-5 Grand Touring at Rick Case Mazda. The sales staff was very low pressure and respectful throughout the entire process. Tye was very friendly and helpful during the hands on portions of test driving and delivering the vehicle. Steve was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout the negotiation. Before purchasing, I conducted extensive research and knew exactly the vehicle and options I wanted. I contacted several dealerships and cleary stated I was a serious buyer and requested the best quote they could offer on the car. Of all dealers contacted, Rick Case by far offered the best price and was the most respectful of our time and decisions as buyers. They found and deliverd exactly the vehicle I wanted with no pressure to change the vehicle and options to match inventory they had on hand for a quick sale. Overall a fabulous experience.

New car buying experience
The sales staff at RIck Case were very attentive. They spent a lot of time showing me details of the vehicle and doing several test drives with me. They sold me the car for the lowest price I could find anywhere in the Atlanta area ( one dealership even told me that they did not know how Rick Case could sell me the car at that low a price and that they could not match it!) and also have perks I couldn't find elsewhere, like a much longer power train warranty, a three day trial period, and a points program for service and parts. Great experience with no pressure!
