The service was completed on time and the service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure to remind me of my day and time of appointment without being intrusive.

I am astounded at the Customer Service offered by Autohaus BMW!!! It is SO hard to find these days!!!! To start . . . . . . I own a Maserati Gran Turismo I have not driven in months because I LOVE driving my BMW X5 SO very much!!!!!! I just had the 1 year maintenance done efficiently and returned on the day promised!!!! They even gave me a rental because of my late night schedule!!!! I dropped my car off and a rental was quickly & smoothly given to me. I drove off without a hitch!!! When my car was ready, I received a video of what was done with my car!!!!! I drive up, was met by an associate to let me know what to do & where yo go. The cashier came to me to sign my 0 dollar maintenance bill!!!! My car was delivered to the door & keys put into my hands. Everyone was very attentive & all went very smoothly!!!!!!!!! You are a CUT ABOVE !!!!! I believe I am a loyal customer for life!!!!!!! Why go anywhere else & why buy anything other than a BMW???!!!!! I am SO THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!!!! Mike Crader & Deena, the cashier were so very kind & attentive, not to mention FUN!!!! Great people, fun times getting my car serviced!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO CAN SAY THAT?!!!!!!!! You are simply THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

The level of service at Autohaus is unmatched. After shopping around and getting subpar treatment I was very pleasantly surprised by Autohaus. Bob Dedert and Larry Handel were the best salesman and product specialist I have worked with thus far. Even though I was buying used they made me feel like I was ordering a brand new car off the showroom floor.

Excellent service. Work done correctly and in time promised. Personnel very competent. Cost is a bit pricey, but tolerable.
