When I had an issue with my coolant light coming on, I called Ethan in service, he gave me the road side assistance number to call-they got my car towed; arranged an Uber to get a loaner car and then Autohaus service took care of everything so professionally. Ethan really went to bat for me on getting the service covered under the warranty and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you again.

Autohaus has been very, very good to me. I bought a used 328i in excellent condition in 2016, which they serviced whenever I requested. Even if all I needed was an inspection, I never felt pressured to choose extra services (though sometimes i did), and they always treated my car like a jewel. I also do a lot of my own service work and their sales department (especially Patty) has been incredibly helpful to me in showing me the things which needed repairing those that can wait. The service itself is professional and they stand by their work.

Professional, low stress sale, long term sales associates, clean dealership, competitive pricing and financing. The small gift was a nice touch. In short, a luxury experience.

The visit and service was good but the washing of the car was not well but the mechanic and the customer service was good also
