    I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached... Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff!

    I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car (out of state) from this dealership earlier this year. The sales process was easy and pleasant. A couple months... later one of my wheels began to fall off. It turns out that my car had plastic aftermarket spacers on two of the wheels that caused the tire not to seat correctly, resulting in about $2,400 estimated repair costs. These spacers never should have been on the car when I bought it from the dealership, and certainly should have been identified during the 172-Point Inspection for Certified Pre-Owned Cars. The dealership claims that the spacers weren't on the car when I bought it from them. Of course that's nonsense. I don't know how to change my oil, much less add aftermarket spacers to my car. So, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you buy a Certified Pre-Owned car from them, be advised that the car could contain incorrect after-market parts that will void your warranty.

    My name is Ted and I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium. I had a excellent car buying experience at this dealership. I worked with internet sales rep Frank... Saladino. I was honest about what I was looking for and the out the door price I wanted to be around. After a bit of negotiation, I was able to leave with a great price! If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend this dealership because they offer the best pricing in the country. Make sure to see Frank for all of your buying needs.

    Called in for a Test drive and he said sure NP? But I like being up front and so I told him that I was just looking into it and not bying a car today that... didnt go well for him and as I was finishing up my sentence he hung up the phone? Nice thanks? Looking to buy out right in cash too? Glad I'm not spending my money there?

    I took my car for a oil change. My check engine like was on. They wanted to do a diagnostic test. I ask for the estimate prices before doing it. He said... he will Call Me. While at work for 6 hours i received no call. I get back to the place and i have a $200 bill. As a woman i know they will charge per hour. He said my car been finished yet he charge me til the time i dropped it off til the time i picked it up according to the page work. Not fair. Im glad i got off early or my bill would probably been near $600. Very disappointed. Also i didn't received a new service sticker for my oil change

    My battery was bad and just about out the door and the people in the service department did a really good job with finding the problem and gave me a good... price on a new one. i have had service done before on my 2010 F150 and they have always taken care of it and me during the process so I am happy with them. May even buy a truck when they get one with the options I want

    We have been dealing with fords for the last 50 years and have never had such an enjoyable experience. Their service department was 2nd to none and we... will be using them for anything we can on our vehicles. If you are dealing with service department ask for bearded Mike and you will not be disappointed!

    Purchased a vehicle when this was McCotter Ford years ago. Moved back into the area and decided to purchase our next vehicle from Ron Norris Ford. Huge... mistake. The utter lack of customer service is appalling. Tried with several different sales employees to get a call back , nothing. Didn't want to order our vehicle, balked the whole time and had to get the sales manager involved just to get the process going. When the car arrived the financing which had been filled out online prior to even ordering it had not been done or processed. We ended up sitting in that dealership for over four hours with them frantically trying to get a loan secured. What should have been a simple "A Plan" purchase (ford employee discount) was more of a headache and pain that we could have even imagined. Will never recommend any Ron Norris dealerships after this.
