Repairs on 2008 Saturn Astra

After bringing in our car we waited in the waiting room. After about one and a half hours I went back out to the service desk to check on the car and was told ' oh we will have to order the part and will not be able to fix the car until tomorrow". After picking up the car it seemed to work ok and a few days later while wiping off the windshield wipers I noticed a bolt laying in the recess at the bottom of the windshield, don`t know where it was supposed to go, will bring it back in when I get a chance! Not the normal service I expect from a Cadillac Dealership!

excellent car buying experience

we were looking to purchase a late model nice all wheel drive suv with low miles and found just what we were looking for at cadillac of knoxville. our sales person Michael Petsuck was just the best! Michael answered all our questions without hesitation didn't try to hide anything and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want so if you are looking to buy a car go to cadillac of knoxville and ask for Michael and you will not be disappointed. Jennifer Collins took care of all the paperwork and she was super nice and did a great job also

I?ve been shopping around for my Mom a good used car. Being a Toyota kind of girl I thought maybe a Honda would be a nice change of pace. After days of research I ran across a 2014 Honda Accord @ Cadillac Of Knoxville the reached out for additional info. From start to finish Steve was patient, very informative & right then I knew he was OUR GUY! We tried a few cars within our budget and thought we found the one for her. Thought wrong! Steve was more than willing to do what was needed in order to get My Mother the Honda & he did just that. Thank you so very much for all you?ve done I hope you realize the blessing you?ve been to the both of boss. I juat wanted to say how much I appreciate Michael Petsuck for his help in buying my new XT5 Cadillac. I was very attached to my car that I had been driving for 10 years and was not sure about trading it because I have loved it so much. I had been driving a large SUV and was not sure about downsizing but I have taken the plunge and I am very happy with my decision. Thanks to Mr. Petsuck, I have made the right decision and appreciate him for his patience and support.

Terrible experience

Wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle for our business and to use as her vehicle. We went off to Porsche to look at the Cayenne series and one night we decided to stop into Cadillac. We thought it was closed and we were just there to look at that time. They were open. I meet a man named Bobby and we start talking. He shows us an XT5 and the wife loved the car. She gets interested and since I was an employee of GM and my mother was as well. I go through the nonsense that GMS has made to get the employee discount and they let the wife use the truck for one day. While we have it (my job was quality inspector and ergonomics) we notice the plate on the XT5 is messed up. Now I know this truck came from Springhill which actually lost their contract on one of their cars cause their quality is below standard and now I see this right off the bat. I’m told they know it and they have ordered the part and we will just have to bring it back when the part arrives... here starts the problem. I say I would like it fixed before I recieve the vehicle as a 72,000 dollar vehicle should be close to flawless. I get busy with work and the wife decides we will order one close to Christmas and recieve it in the new year as we have other priorities during the holidays. I then recieve a text from the salesman basically blasting me for being a “mystery shopper” and that he missed ups in his sale but, I cost him financially. At first I was caught off guard by the text and explained I am not a “mystery shopper” and that we would still be purchasing a vehicle. I will purchase a vehicle but, it will not be from this dealership. Their manager Ross knows of the situation. Has not called, doesn’t care... ok nor will I. Morristown is close enough and I will make the sure the people in GM I know know of the behavior. No one in a “high end” market should ever be spoke to like that and the Manager should certainly care. However, I do know how GM is and the last thing they ever do is care. Maybe Porsche is a better fit as they do know the customer matters.

The Royal Treatment

My first Cadillac and the people at Cadillac of Knoxville are awesome. My sales person, Michael Petsuck worked with me from day one. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgeable. There wasn't anyone at the dealership that wasn't courteous and helpful. The Sales Manager and the Finance Adviser, Jennifer were super.
