If you're looking for a no-pressure car buying experience with someone who actually knows their vehicles, Raymond Jordan is your guy. He was patient with all my mom's questions, knew the Mazda lineup inside and out, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. Most of the process happened remotely — email and text — which was really convenient since we live an hour away, and the final paperwork was handled in person. She drove away happy.
