Came in to parts department to see about a wiperlinkage.It turned out,a service Advisor named Frank was there.He over heard the conversation I had with part counter man.He said let me check something for,but first I need to give some of my car information.He came back a few minutes later,it turned out,my car had a recall for the wipers, I made arrangements to leave car to have it done,plus two other recall.What a awesome service experience.Thank you Frank,for going the extra step.

Arthur deciphers my non-industry vehicle descriptions of various issues, pertaining to sounds and car handling, into an understandable diagnosis. He consistently arrives at a resolution path for that visit or future appointments that takes into consideration my car's reliability, strict vs. generous budget, as well as, schedule.

I came in with a loose wiper arm and Frank personally went and tightened the arm while my kids were in the car. Awesome service...my next purchase will be at route 46 Mitsubishi! He was very accommodating and out going.

Artie was my service agent and from the minute I walked in I knew I found the right dealership. Artie and the service team all were amazing; friendly, on point and funny. They made my bad experience of getting stopped at a check point, and receiving a ticket and emissions failure and turned it to a great experience. I had a rental car that Artie and Dennis told me to cancel and they got me a loaner free of charge which helped in saving some money. That only was amazing.
