Great dealership!
Every one is super friendly from the sales staff to the mechanics themselves. Bought my Kia here, my gf bought her Kia here as well and she switched from Honda. She's been pleasently surprised with it! The lifetime warranty helped sell her.

Great Service From John and ‘Christine
I have not had a bad experience here at all I’ve been to the dealer several times for repairs oil change recalls and ‘John and ‘Christine in the service department have been Great if you have to wait they have a great facility to have some water snacks and popcorn and even watch some TV while you wait I would highly recommend bringing your Chia to the North Aurora Gerald Kia store.

I was there 3 days early for my appointment (senior moment) and the took care of me anyway. Good resolution of an issue I had regarding paint damage under rear license plate.
