Good popcorn

Nice waiting area. Staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. They finished my car earlier than they quoted which was nice.

Gerald KIA is worth the stop!

The salesperson was very nice and answered any/all questions me or my husband had. They worked with us and did get us a price we were happy with!

Short wait time, clean wait room. Newspapers and other reading material available. Coffee tea, water there if you wish. Bright room and separate children's play area.

SERVICE MANAGER is the most honest, with customer

To me the most important is the service department after the purchase of a new auto. Yesterday, I came in for an oil change and a recall computer fix, and I request the car NOT to be washed and in error they washed the car. John the Svc Mgr. who is the best, caring Manager came to tell me they washed the car. He wanted to be honest and not have any surprises. They car was clean I have reasons for not having the car washed. So when I went to pay for the oil change there was no charge per JOHN. I was very impressed that he went the extra step and he did not have to do that, but felt it was an error the paper work said NO WASH. Mistakes happen and that just shows how much John takes care of customers. THANK YOU for having honest good people working at Gerald Kia.

Excellent service

Service was performed well in exactly the time promised. Jaime as always made the experience easy. If I had to leave for any reason, a porter was available.
