Friendly and competent!

I appreciated the personal approach to my business. Everyone was especially friendly. Also liked the finished car wash. In and out right on time!

Excellent purchase experience

I have purchased several Kia's from Gerald KIA . I was recently in the market for a NIro (hybrid) and Dennis Michelsen was my sales consultant. I appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle, my budget and pricing needs. We tested the Niro and agreed on a fair price. Dennis is really personable and easy to work with in these stressful car buying situations. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend him.

Great Service

I was able to get in the early afternoon and got my car back the same afternoon. I am also happy I was able to get a ride back to work as well.

Very clean

I have always been treated very well and thank you for keeping my Kia running like new I go to florida and I fell safe with the 2 day trip

Great Service

the people are always courteous & friendly. work is done is record time and very professional. always service with a smile & facilities are always clean and coffee & drinks are available. could not ask for better service anywhere. i am always a happy and satisfied customer when i leave.

Oil Change

Everything went well, no issues. Don;t know why the tech felt the need to change my radio station. Kind of annoying.

Nice amenities

Friendly and helpful service personnel (Kristine Pang, in particular); Cleanliness of waiting area and bathroom; didn’t expect to have snacks or Starbucks coffee or bottles of water while I waited. That was very hospitable of the dealership.
