Great service!

Great customer service. The location is fairly convenient for me to get to. The waiting area is fine. Everything is very nice and new.

Really great service!

I took my KIA Soul in for a dent repair from a shopping cart encounter. I had taken my car to a USAA service center for an estimate: it was double what Gerald KIA of North Aurora, IL had estimated and seemed to include taking the front end apart and repainting everything. Gerald KIA got the job done PERFECTLY and in an hour or two.

Friendly staff

Friendly, didn't push on getting a higher priced car or different model that i came to look at. Besides the salesman Jim being nice the guy who drove me back home to take my car was very nice and I could tell he liked working for Gerald's.

Great quick service and excellent customer service

Christine was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with, she gave me an time frame for my oil change and it was done sooner than expected which never happened in Naperville. I spoke with Casey in parts and he was super helpful as well. Just an overall much better experience and will only be taking my car back here from now on.
