Excellent customer service

It was a stressful situation as my car just broke down and I pushed it to the dealership, but Christine Pang did an excellent job.

Exceptional

For every visit, service person very good, fast, efficient, and friendly. Can't think of any improvement needed. The only thing that would make it better is if the service were free.

Comfortable, clean, and friendly

Taking your car here is positive, relaxing, and fast from beginning to end. The employees are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very nice as well.

Great service all the way around

Ease of scheduling appointment and courtesy of staff..AND CLEAN CARE WHEN WE LEFT! Made us aware of repair updates and fixed them!

Why I like Gerald Kia

I like the fact that even tho the actual service work was an oil change, a multi-point inspection was conducted.

Great service!

Everyone was friendly, courteous and responsive to the needs of my vehicle. They took time to know what I would do during this long appointment and that I would not be sitting around bored. Your facility is clean and bright which is very appealing. The work was done on my car and it was returned to me clean. I appreciate that none of my preset seat position or radio stations were changed -- this has not been my experience at other dealerships.

Service

The staff was friendly and showed us to an area where my children could wait with me. They told me the approximate time my vehicle would be finished and they were spot on! Very much appreciated, especially when doing errands with 2 little ones.
