Great service area atmosphere and resonable prices

The price for service on my vehicle was reasonable. The person I worked with seemed honest and helped setup maintenance reminder in vehicle. Tires were rotated properly like I requested (cross pattern). Car was washed. You guys did awesome! Keep prices resonable and I will continue to come back for service.

Purchasing a car from Adil was a very nice experience.

Adil made purchasing my Sorento a very pleasant experience. He was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He knew all of the features of the Sorento. I will probably need several weeks to learn them myself. I have to say, everyone I dealt with at Gerald Kia went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible.

Amazing experience

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left the customer service and hospitality was great. If I get another kia sometime in the future, I definetly will return to this location.

Great experience

Knowledgeable staff, relatively low pressure sales approach, very courteous. Fully explained vehicle options so we could finalize which packages met our needs.
