My service advisor Jeramy Perez was very helpful and kind. And the tech, Miguel Avila, for properly diagnosing my seat problem. Great help and good people.

Everyone loves getting a new car!

Everyone loves getting a new car!! Even if it’s just new to you. I could not be happier with Gerald in general. I do not think we bought from Gerald Kia, but we did buy it from one of the many Gerald dealerships at the North Aurora Auto mall. Our salesman,Tyler, was young and energetic. He literally ran wherever he went. He was able to match us up with car that was traded that very same day. The finance guy, I think his name was Rob, worked out the numbers and we thought we had a really good deal happening. When it was all said and done, a last minute finance offer came in and brought our payments down about 50 bucks more. I have bought many cars in my 57 years and this was the most relaxed I have ever felt. A+ I highly recommend

Great Customer Service as always.

Great Customer Service as always. Very friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming. Met with Sales Consultant Adil F. who throughly explained my Lease End options as that was the reason for my visit. I've been working with this dealership since 2015, and always receive great service.

great service department

Just all out great experience well attentive to helping me with my problem and adding catching problems before I even know I have one. Helping understand things about my vehicle that i did not even know and I had the truck for a year already and also I love the safety check inspection that has me interact with the associates team!!
