I was very pleased with my entire visit.

I was very pleased with my entire visit. James Vanacora was very friendly and very professional. He spent ample time explaining the hardware and features of the car. He also took the time to make sure that I understood how to use everything. He gave me the car I wanted at the price I expected. I am very glad I stopped in. I would definitely get another car from him.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Gerald Kia about 2 weeks ago had to bring it back had motor problems but the manager Ed m i e r z y c k i took the car back and put me in a newer one which this is why I like to do business with Joe Kia because they take care of their customers when something ain't right they fix it and this is why I bought four vehicles previous to this if you won't find a better dealer ship that will take care of you then Gerald Kia and Ed m i e r z y c k i highly recommend this dealership if you want this is why I continue to come back because they take care of you at the right way

Kind and courteous. John the service mgr. is outstanding and goes the extra mile to meet all customers needs. Worth the drive from Plainfield for service. I know it will be done correctly.

Gerald Kia Service Department

I needed service fast because I was leaving town on a trip. I dropped off my car, they drove me to work in a courtesy, did the work on my car then washed and vacuumed it and picked me up when my shift was over in the courtesy car to take me back to the Dealer to get my car. That is going above and beyond.
