It took over a week to replace a hose on my 2008 Sorento.
It took over a week to replace a hose on my 2008 Sorento. Also requested fix to ESC and ABS lights. That was January 2022. They’re still on.

The dealership denied in helping any further in my
The dealership denied in helping any further in my warranty claim. Seems like they’re more worried about the bottom line. Which stems from Kia themselves. I got a denied claim even with more than enough proof of maintenance. And my issues were covered by the warranty. Absolutely sad for the company and I will be moving forward in publicly sharing this experience of the location and company on TikTok with more than over 25 thousand followers.

Great service, friendly staff, clean waiting area!
Honest, friendly service. Multi- point inspection with good communication prior to the service provided. Been going there for years. John K the Service Director is always making sure everything runs smoothly. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. All of these are the reason I keep returning to Gerald Kia of North Aurora.
