John is always friendly and efficient getting my car in and out on timely basis. Service was completed on time and all items on car were green.

We had a great experience at Kia of North Aurora.

We had a great experience at Kia of North Aurora. It has been our second time buying a car there. We really wanted to go back since we were treated right the first time there. We met with Adil Fadlelmula and from the first moment he gained our trust and appreciation. He went above and beyond with trying to understand our needs and trying hard to find the car that we were looking for. We are more than pleased with the way Adil and the team took care of us! Quick recognition that I was there. Looking up my prepaid maintenance service agreement at check-in. Taking care of recent recall items without me having to make another service visit. Going over items on my service list that were completed that day.

Jim is Awesome

Jim went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. He even went to another dealership, retrieved a car, then brought it to my home. Saved me time and I probably would not have purchased it otherwise. Leaving for vacation and my time was limited.
